Since the first store opened way back in 1992, the Col'Cacchio name has become synonymous with an incredible range of superbly crisp thin based pizzas and an impressive variety of freshly prepared salads and pastas. The is bold and inviting with splashes of colour and eye-catching artwork. There is an elevated bar area should you wish to sit and have a drink whilst waiting for a table, and the outside patio has numerous tables for al fresco dining. However, a couple of recommendations are the Barbitola with rocket, beetroot, mozzarella, avocado, rosso onions and sunflower seeds, and the Scampi with prawns, pineapple, lettuce, sesame seeds, avocado, cucumber, bean sprouts and oriental dressing. Pasta lovers will enjoy the more unusual Fresca with roasted vegetables, rocket, sundried tomato, ricotta and pinenuts, or the Lamb Tortellini with osso buco sauce, red pepper and bacon.
