09h00: Pick up from Soweto Hotel


09h30-11h30: Soweto Quadbike Adventure Tour and paintball shooting- start off your day with a surge of morning breeze across your face as you tour through the dusty back roads of Soweto's squatter camps and ride down the famous Vilakazi Street where Desmond Tutu and Nelson Mandela resided, still fresh from the quadbike rides, engage in a game of Paintball shooting, choose between Capture the Flag, Elimination, Invade the Enemy Territory, or Rescue Your Boss


11h40-12h40: Orlando Towers for Bungee Jumping- Orlando Towers (Pty) Ltd was established in 2007 by Sky riders (Pty) Ltd, with the concept of developing the disused Orlando cooling towers in Soweto into a vertical adventure facility and tourist attraction for Soweto. The site currently offers the Bungee jump, Power swing, Internal Swing, and Lift Ride to the Viewing Platform. Ramp jumping days are hosted on a regular basis

14h15-14h45: Visit Walter Sisulu Square of Dedication- Walter Sisulu Square is named in honor of one of the famous political activists, it is situated in the heart of Kliptown. The Walter Sisulu Square has an incredible history and the architecture reflects various elements of the area, politics and the people. It is one of the four "squares" in Johannesburg and offers both local and international visitors an array of history, shopping and entertainment, just nearby is The Kliptown open air museum, where delegates to a people's parliament met in 1955 to adopt the Freedom Charter, now the cornerstone of the Bill of Rights and the South African Constitution. This historical museum in Soweto is dedicated to Walter Sisulu, a stalwart of the Freedom Struggle


15h40-16h20: Immerse in the Township of Alex- Once known as the Dark City because it had no electricity, Alexandra, or Alex, as most locals call the informal community that sprawls between the posh suburbs of Sandton and the flank of the N3 highway, visit Home Galleries (Early 1900’s Home Structure converted into mini art galleries, working in conjunction with artists from Alex & surrounding areas, also as drive by the Graffiti Routes (Alternative Art pieces on various walls along Alexandra streets, graffiti & mural expressions by artists movements around the communities.)


16h30-17h00: Stop over by Mandela Yard in Alex: The humble, abode in Alexandra township, The most famous heritage site of the historic township known locally as Alex, is Nelson Mandela’s first home in Johannesburg, a one-room rented house on 7th Avenue. He was 23 years old when he lived here - and fresh from his ancestral home in Eastern Cape Province. The area surrounding the house is known as Mandela’s Yard, and plans have been in place for some time to develop it as a formal tourist attraction.


17h15-19h00: Unwind at Neh Restaurant for Early Supper & Sundowner: The classiest hang-out in Alex. The restaurant is huge and smartly decorated, with the top floor devoted to private VIP lounges. The outdoor seating area looks out over Alex and is a good spot for sundowners. The menu is traditional and includes boerewors, lamb curry, chicken feet, and mogodu (tripe).


19h50: Drop off at Soweto Hotel
