In celebration of the closing of Jozi Schools, Joburg Tourism finds kid-friendly things to do in Johannesburg for winter school holiday fun!

Not only does the month of June commemorate Youth Day, but it also welcomes the much anticipated winter school holidays. While for many the winter school holidays offer an opportunity to rest, recharge and veg out with a Fortnight fest, others (typically a younger Jozi crew and their parents) find the three weeks to be two weeks too long, bringing on boredom, idle hands and a constant nag to “do something”.
